New Age Wellness Culture refers to a broad set of lifestyle practices, products, and beliefs that emphasize holistic, spiritual, and alternative approaches to health and self-improvement. Examples include alternative medicine (like crystal healing and essential oils), mind-body practices (such as yoga and meditation), lifestyle trends (like detox diets and clean eating), and consumer products (such as wellness apps and supplements).

Heritage-first rhetoric refers to political speech or ideology that frames national belonging primarily in terms of ethnicity, ancestry, or heritage.

For the purposes of this debate there are two ways of understanding causes of conflict.

Model A sees conflict as an event manufactured and instrumentalised by social elites to fit their goals.

Model B sees conflict as primarily deriving from issues felt by ordinary people, represented in certain instances by social elites/power structures.

Recently the white house has issued a series of executive orders aiming to combat diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The executive orders seek to pressure private companies in the US to cut back on their DEI initiatives. Some companies, such as Meta, Google and Amazon among others have already cut back on or stopped their DEI initiatives.

For the purposes of this debate, there is a machine which allows the user to split themselves into two parts: the "original" retains all the memories of the users life outside their work environment i.e their childhood, friends, family etc. The "copy" retains only the memories relevant for it's functioning in the work environment of the user i.e names of coworkers, skills necessary to execute the job etc. The "copy" ceases to exist once outside of the workspace until it is necessary to return, and doesn't require additional resources to keep functioning.
